Want to be an Agent?

Earn commissions by referring businesses to TimeboxHR. Commission is paid only after the customer actually pays — never from unsigned contracts or unpaid invoices.

Contract-based referral

Earn 8% of each actual customer payment received on a fixed contract — not 8% of the full contract value up front.

Subscription referral

Earn 8% of actual subscription payments received during the customer's first 12 months.

  • Commission is paid after each successful payment
  • If they cancel early, you only earn on months that were paid
  • Failed, refunded, or unpaid months generate no commission

How it works

  1. Enter your email to get an Agent invitation.
  2. Create your Agent account with a password.
  3. Sign in to TimeboxHR and generate a referral link.
  4. Invite businesses. When they register with your link, you own that referral.
  5. When they pay, TimeboxHR calculates your commission from money actually received.
